| Linde Gas is a division within Linde AG. Linde Gas Therapeutics is the segment of Linde Gas, which is dedicated to medical and pharmaceutical gases.
During 2000, Linde acquired the Swedish gas company, AGA AB, providing access to new markets in the Nordic countries (Denmark, Iceland, Norway and Sweden) as well as to Latin America. Linde Gas Therapeutics continues to operate under the AGA brand in most of these countries. In the Netherlands and Belgium the Linde Gas business is conducted under the brand Hoek Loos and in Switzerland under the brand PanGas, both well known and established brands on these markets.
